Site Location Analysis

When an owner or developer is considering a new facility, there are many sites or locations that might fit their need.  Numerous factors should be considered when comparing potential sites or locations in order to make an informed decision on the final piece of land, geographic area or city.  Items such as existing utilities and infrastructure, off-site access, access to transportation, site conditions that affect grading operations and usability (poor soils, ground water, sloped sites, etc…) permits/fees, water and sewer related costs, costs of utilities from local provider(s).  MCCS has the ability to quickly assess the attributes and negative nature of various site locations to provide input for the overall analysis of a piece of property, or location(s) being considered by the owner or developer.
