Kevin Monsey has been heavily involved in over 30 large retail projects/centers in Nevada and California for more than 20 years, with millions of square feet constructed.

Kevin has been involved with national and regional tenants, including:  Safeway, Vons, Raley's, Borders Books, Circuit City, The Good Guys, Bed Bath and Beyond, Starbucks, Toys R' Us, Mervyn's, Subway, Big 5, Circuit City, Office Depot, Staples, Cost Plus,Bully's Sports Bar, Fresh and Easy, Wall Mart, Old Navy, The Sports Authority, Longs Drugs, CVS, Walgreens, along with numerous local and smaller tenants.  These projects were managed either as the contractor, representative or owner's representative.  Many projects were neighborhood shopping centers with grocery anchors, along with a few non-anchored centers, smaller mall renovations, "power centers" and a couple of mixed use centers. 

Kevin has been involved in most of these projects from initial conception (which included site analysis, site comparisons, preliminary budgeting/scheduling and the entitlement process) and then the oversight of the entire design and construction process, tenant lease reviews, coordination with tenant project teams, and final turnover to the developer and tenants.
