Public Projects
From 2004 through 2012, Kevin has been heavily involved with K-12 educational facilities located throughout Northern Nevada, in partnership with Mike Mitchell Management, LLC. Projects for the various school districts included additions, remodels, new mechanical systems, new gymnasium, track/field and bleacher work, maintenance facilities, solar projects, energy upgrades (lighting, mechanical, solar and window removal/replacement), asbestos abatement and numerous infrastructure and architectural upgrades. Overall, Kevin has been intricately involved in over $100 million worth of construction projects in the public sector.

Eureka County School District (Eureka, NV) With roughly $16 million in bond projects ARRA projects and capital improvements. |
| Bonner County Juvenile Justice Center (Sandpoint, ID) Owner Representation for a Design Build $4.6 million new juvenile facility with probation and detention. |
Lander and Esmeralda County School Districts (Battle Mountain and Goldfield NV) Solar related ARRA projects include a playground solar shade structure, roof mounted solar and covered bus parking. |
